Return Policy & Refund
Returns are accepted only for watch purchases made directly through www.courtierwatches.com. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returns, and the package remains the buyer’s responsibility until it reaches us.
Return Policy
Courtier offers a 7-day return policy for all online watch purchases, as well as those made in person through a physical appointment. You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason. Your right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive your watch.
Leather Straps:
Watches delivered with a leather strap can only be returned if the strap remains in unused condition. Worn or damaged leather straps are not eligible for return.
Steel/Gold Bracelets:
Watches with steel or gold bracelets are eligible for return only if the bracelet remains in unused condition. Damaged bracelets or those with missing links cannot be returned.
Exclusions:
• Watches purchased through trade-in or special requests are non-returnable.
• Watches ordered from outside the EU cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your purchase must meet the following conditions:
• Condition: Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return. A second-hand watch must be returned in the exact condition it was sold in.
• Documentation: All original documentation and accessories (boxes, booklets, papers, hangtags, etc.) must be returned with the watch. If items are missing or damaged, Courtier reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund or decline the return.
• Modifications: Watches that have been modified or repaired without prior agreement with Courtier are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund. Courtier is not liable for packages lost during return shipping, so we recommend using fully insured shipping with tracking. If additional postage is required to receive your return, this cost may be deducted from the refund.
If all return conditions are met, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note: Watches purchased through special requests (e.g Sourcing) are not eligible for refunds.
