Warranty & Service

Warranty

At Courtier, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction for our customers. Each timepiece purchased from Courtier comes with a standard 12-month mechanical warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, ensuring your watch performs as expected.

Warranty Exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect or careless use by the owner or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the dial, hands, strap (including clasp), glass, and the case (crown, pushers, and bezel).

• While our watches are tested for water resistance, we cannot guarantee 100% water resistance, especially for vintage models. Any damage to the case, movement, or dial due to water or moisture ingress is excluded from this warranty.

• Modifications or alterations to the watch, such as adding or replacing parts not supplied by the manufacturer or Courtier, will void the warranty. This includes services or repairs carried out by third parties.

• The warranty is non-transferable and will immediately expire if the watch is sold to a third party.
